Wonder Junction VBS Logo

This year’s Calvary Chapel’s 2025 VBS event will be August 4th – 8th, 9:30am to 12:15pm. This year’s theme is Wonder Junction, Marvel at Jesus, Live for His Glory. Ages 4 to 11, but 3’s welcome with a parent or guardian. This is a free event!  Download the VBS flyer with all the details. Registration is now open! VBS 2025 Registration

July 6th will be a Baptism Sunday. Baptisms will be directly after the morning service. Anyone, upon whom the Holy Spirit has put on their heart to be baptized, should contact the office or a member of the church leadership.

 

The church has opportunities for service in all our ministries. It is requested that all pray for guidance on how best to serve the fellowship. Our Ministries page has summaries of each ministry. The leaders for each ministry can be contacted to provide additional information and get you started in your participation.

Quilting Group

This group of ladies meet Monday mornings to sew quilts and gifts for our supported missions.  There is an abundance of donated yarn and fabric available for all that would like to attend and help.  See the church bulletin or contact the church office for further details.

Women's Prayer Meeting

Ladies of the fellowship meet, informally, to lift up their needs, and the needs of the entire Body of Christ, to God! The ladies meet Tuesdays, at 10:30am, twice per month. See the church calendar or contact the church office for the next scheduled date.

Sterling Heights Home Fellowship

The Sterling Heights Home Fellowship is held Saturday once a month, at 6:30pm. See the church calendar for scheduled dates. Fellowship time includes a potluck dinner and bible study taught by Pastor Clayton Selestow. See the church bulletin or contact the church office for location details.

Corporate Prayer Meeting

Calvary Chapel holds a corporate prayer meeting on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month.  The meeting is held at 11:45am, in the sanctuary, after the morning service. We begin with some informal praise & worship, and then lift up the needs of the body here at Calvary, as the Lord leads.  All are welcome to attend.

Men's Prayer Breakfast

The 2nd Saturday of every month, at 9am, the men of Calvary Chapel gather for breakfast, fellowship and prayer. Come on out and enjoy time with your brothers in Christ!

Women's Bible Study

The Women’s Ministry Women’s Bible Study has completed for the summer. Details for the next study will be announced as they become available. Meetings are held twice per month. See the church calendar for details. Study materials are available in the church lobby or on the Resource/Media page.

Men's Bible Study

A Men’s Book Study, led by Pastor Bill, meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month, at 9am. The meetings on the 2nd Saturday of the month will begin immediately after the Men’s Breakfast. The current study is with the book The Making of a Man of God, Lessons from the life of David, by Alan Redpath.
